Mr. Raphael Lewu   (Director)

A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with specialization in Secured Credit transactions and Comparative Company Law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.

He cut his teeth in Banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd, Standard Trust Bank Ltd and Asset Plus Finance Ltd where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking and credit administration.

He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, Equipment leasing and Energy amongst others. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Fellow-Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and the Institute of Directors (IOD).

He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications CLS, BSSE, and LCOR, etc., and also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.

He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises with a great drive for excellence at all levels.
